[How to use an IC card]
- Please handle your IC card lift ticket carefully, without bending it or subjecting it to strong impacts. If the data on the card is damaged, you will not be able to ride the lift. A fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for reissuing the card.
- When boarding the lift, please carry your IC card lift ticket and have it recognized at the lift gate to board.
- We will take a photo of you at the lift gate camera to verify your identity. This data will not be used for any other purpose than verifying your identity.
[Requests when using the service]
- This ticket is only valid for the contract holder listed on the ticket. If we determine that the ticket has been used fraudulently, such as transferring, lending, or counterfeiting the ticket, or obstructing the camera at the gate, the lift ticket will be invalidated without prior notice. Please note that any fraudulent lift ticket fees will be charged separately.
- The validity period is from the opening in December 2025 until the lift closure in 2026. Depending on the snow conditions and weather, opening days and slopes may be reduced or lifts may be closed. Please note that season passes cannot be refunded under any circumstances after purchase.
- If you lose your pass, please contact the ski resort office as soon as possible. A fee of 2,000 yen will be charged for reissuance.
- Please do not enter any restricted areas or areas that are off-limits.
- Eating or drinking on the slopes or in public spaces within the facility, or leaving personal belongings such as skis, boards, or bags there for long periods of time is strictly prohibited. Staff may collect these items when patrolling the facility.
- Please return this ticket to the information counter after the season ends. Lift tickets cannot be added to a used season pass.
- Be sure to stop at the toll booth and show your season pass to the attendant.
- Parking is free as a special benefit, but we do not allow vehicles to be left unattended at night due to snow removal. Please note that in the unlikely event that your vehicle needs to be moved and a tow truck is used, we cannot guarantee against damage to your vehicle.
- The bonus meal tickets (10 tickets) can be used by the person or their companion on the day, so you will need to present your season pass at the register when using them (they are not transferable or resold). *Expiration date is March 31, 2026. The restaurant end date may differ. Please use them as soon as possible.

Lost items at the ski resort
If you lose something while skiing on the slopes or riding the lift, searching on the slopes or in restricted areas is prohibited without exception, as this could lead to accidents caused by contact with other customers or trespassing off the course. If you have lost something, please contact the information counter and fill out a lost item report. As a general rule, items lost under the lifts will only be collected when staff are on patrol, and immediate action cannot be taken. Furthermore, we cannot provide compensation for such items, so please be careful when losing items in your pockets while skiing or riding the lift.
About riding the lift
[About getting clothes dirty while riding the lift]
Depending on weather conditions, black water may occasionally drip from the top of the lift. Due to the structure of the lift, it is not possible to completely prevent this phenomenon. We take every precaution, but it may get on your clothing while riding.
Please be aware of this before boarding.(See ski resort terms and conditions, 3. Important points to note when riding the lift.)
Please note that no compensation will be provided for cleaning costs of clothing, etc.
[About lift sharing]
We ask for your cooperation in sharing the lift when it is crowded so that as many people as possible can ride and ski as much as possible.
In addition, our ski resort has a maximum of three automatic lift ticket gates, and occupying one in a single lane tends to result in longer waiting times for everyone.
We will continue to closely monitor usage and congestion, and will install single lanes as appropriate rather than permanently. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
[Riding with infants]
Children under the age of 3 may ride the lift only with one adult, due to safety concerns in case of an emergency lift stop.
No-entry areas
Entering or skiing beyond the boundaries of restricted areas, or skiing beyond closed areas, ropes, nets, or signs, may lead to serious accidents such as avalanches. Skiing is prohibited for any reason. Guests who ski in restricted areas will be considered to be engaging in dangerous behavior and will have their lift ticket confiscated.
*The spool in the closed area was skied by our patrol for safety inspection.
